# GrabPay Availability and Getting Started

# **A. Getting Started**
Once you successfully complete [account activation](https://dashboard.stripe.com/account/onboarding), you will see [GrabPay enabled for your Stripe account,](https://dashboard.stripe.com/settings/payments) and you can start accepting GrabPay payments via the [Payment Intents API](https://stripe.com/docs/payments/grabpay/accept-a-payment) or [Stripe Checkout](https://stripe.com/docs/payments/checkout/payment-methods/grabpay).
### **Merchants in Singapore (SG) and Malaysia (MY)**
**Standard Connected Accounts** or Users not using Stripe Connect should already have GrabPay enabled.
* As a next step, please go to the [GrabPay docs](https://stripe.com/docs/payments/grabpay) to start integrating. 
* If you are unable to see “GrabPay” in the list of **Live** or **Eligible** Payment Methods, please recheck that your account details are correct and have been [verified](https://dashboard.stripe.com/settings/update). If you require more help, please contact Support.
* GrabPay is currently **not** available for merchants outside Singapore and Malaysia.
### **SG Platforms with SG Connected Accounts**
* **Your Standard Connected Accounts** should already have access to GrabPay. If they need more help, please ask them to contact support directly.
* **If you have Custom or Express Connected Accounts,** you can request the [GrabPay capability](https://stripe.com/docs/connect/account-capabilities#payment-methods) for your connected accounts.
### **MY Platforms with MY Connected Accounts**
* **Your Standard Connected Accounts** should already have access to GrabPay. If they need more help, please ask them to contact support directly.
* **If you have Custom or Express Connected Accounts,** please contact Support for next steps.
### **Platforms outside SG and MY, with SG AND/OR MY Connected Accounts**
* **Your Standard Connected Accounts** should already have access to GrabPay. If they need more help, please ask them to contact support directly.
* **If you have Custom or Express Connected Accounts,** please contact Support for next steps.
### **Additional Information**
* Once you start to receive live payments with a payment method, it will move from the “**Eligible**” section to the “**Live**” section on your payment method settings dashboard.

# **C. Feature Availability**
GrabPay is currently not supported on Stripe Billing and recurring payments. For users accepting charges via Shopify, WIX, WooCommerce, and other Stripe Partners, please check with these Partners directly if they support GrabPay.
