# Get started with stablecoins using Stripe Treasury

Treasury with a stablecoin balance is a financial account built directly into your Stripe Dashboard, designed for entrepreneurs who operate across borders.
With a financial account with stablecoins balance you can:
* Send and receive USD stablecoins instantly, from anywhere in the world over 9 networks
* Create physical and virtual cards for your business
* Send and receive USD ACH transfers and domestic wires, EUR over SEPA
* Pay and get paid with low foreign exchange (FX) fees

### How to get started:
1. Register and [submit an Atlas application](https://dashboard.stripe.com/register/atlas) to incorporate your company (if you haven’t already). You can find more information and detailed registration instructions [here](https://docs.stripe.com/atlas/signup).
1. Once your Atlas company has been incorporated, visit the [Atlas overview page](https://dashboard.stripe.com/atlas/perks) in your Dashboard.
1. Expand “Get a business account to manage your money” under the “Next steps” header. From here, you can compare banking options and get started with Stripe Treasury.
1. Provide your personal identification details to verify your identity and set up two-step authentication to secure your account when prompted. Please note, if your business has multiple beneficial owners, you will be asked to provide identity details for each owner.
1. You’ll see a new USDC financial account balance on the [Balances page](https://dashboard-admin.stripe.com/balances) of your Dashboard. It may take a few minutes for us to set up your account details, and you’ll receive an email when it’s complete.
1. Add funds to your USDC financial account balance via bank or crypto transfer:
   * Add from a bank account
     * On the [Balances](https://dashboard.stripe.com/balance/overview) overview, click Add funds
     * Click Bank transfer.
     * Copy the required account information, then complete the transfer through your bank
   * Add from a crypto wallet
     * On the [Balances](https://dashboard.stripe.com/balance/overview) overview, click Add funds.
     * Click Crypto transfer.
     * Select a crypto network.
     * Copy the wallet address or scan the QR code with your crypto wallet.
     * Click Done
1. Create a card and add it to your Apple or Google Wallet. You can find more information on stablecoin-backed cards and steps to create a card [here](https://docs.stripe.com/treasury/cards#create-debit-card).
