# Get started with Stablecoin Payments

### How can I enable Stablecoin Payments?
To enable Stablecoin Payments:
1. Visit your payment methods settings on the [Dashboard](https://dashboard.stripe.com/settings/payment_methods) and request the **Stablecoin and Crypto** payment method.
1. Fill out your business’s information and accept the terms on the page.
1. If your account is approved after our review, the **Stablecoin and Crypto** payment method will become [active in the Dashboard](https://dashboard.stripe.com/payments?source%5Bobject%5D=source&source%5Btype%5D=crypto).
   * If the payment method is pending, this means we’re still reviewing your candidacy. We may reach out to you for more details.

If you're unable to onboard or don't see Crypto as a payment method in your Settings, we are unable to support your account at this time. We're working quickly to expand this capability to more accounts.

### Which cryptocurrencies are supported for Stablecoin Payments?
When using **Stablecoin Payments**, your customers can pay in:
* USDC on Ethereum, Solana, Base, and Polygon
* USDP on Ethereum, Solana, and Base
* USDG on Ethereum
* All exchange-supported tokens on Crypto.com
The funds will settle in your Stripe balance in USD.
### How can I confirm a Stablecoin Payment was successful?
If your customer successfully paid using Stablecoin Payments, you will see the payment reflected as “successful” [on the Dashboard](https://dashboard.stripe.com/payments?source%5Bobject%5D=source&source%5Btype%5D=crypto).
### What settlement currencies are available for Stablecoin Payments?
Stablecoin Payments is only available to US merchants. The settlement currency is limited to USD.
### How can I refund my customers if they paid with Stablecoin Payments?
If your customer paid using stablecoins and crypto, you can issue a refund by following the [Refunds flows](https://docs.stripe.com/refunds).
After the refund is completed, the payment will update to refunded [on your Stripe Dashboard](https://dashboard.stripe.com/payments?status%5B0%5D=refunded&status%5B1%5D=refund_pending&status%5B2%5D=partially_refunded). Your customer will receive the refund as stablecoins in their original wallet.
