How can I enable Pay with Crypto?

To enable Pay with Crypto:

  1. Visit your payment methods settings on the Dashboard and request the Crypto payment method.
  2. Fill out your business’s information and accept the terms on the page.

After our review, if your account is approved, the Crypto payment method will become active in the Dashboard. If the payment method appears as pending, we’re still reviewing your candidacy and might reach out to you for more details.

Which cryptocurrencies are supported for Pay with Crypto?

When using Pay with Crypto, your customers can pay in USDC on Ethereum, Solana, and Polygon or in USDP on Ethereum and Solana, while funds will settle in your Stripe balance in USD.

How can I confirm that the Pay with Crypto payment was successful?

If your customer successfully paid using Pay with Crypto, you will see the payment reflected as “successful” on the Dashboard.

What settlement currencies are available for Pay with Crypto?

Pay with Crypto is only available to US merchants, and the settlement currency is limited to USD.

How can I refund my customers if they paid with Pay with Crypto?

If your customer paid using Pay with Crypto, you can issue a refund by following the Refunds flows.

After the refund is completed, the payment will update to refunded on your Stripe Dashboard. Your customer will receive the refund as stablecoins in their original wallet.
