Find payments made using the Sources API in the Dashboard

You can filter for failed payments made using Sources (such as iDEAL, SEPA Direct Debit, or Bancontact) by filtering for failed Source events in the Stripe Dashboard.

Filtering for ‘source.failed’ events in the Dashboard

  1. Log into your Stripe account.

  2. In the menu on the left, select Developers.

  3. From the upper ribbon, select Events.

  4. Click Filter, check the Type box, and enter source.failed in the matches field.

  5. Click Done to review results.
