# FAQ for additional fraud protection measures in India

### What has changed for my account?
We’ve made changes to the default Radar block rules to provide additional fraud protection for some users in India. This means that from now on, payments that fit the criteria indicated in your [Radar Settings](https://dashboard.stripe.com/settings/radar/rules) will not be processed.
There is no action required on your part, and this new rule is included with your current pricing rate.
### Why has Stripe taken this action on my behalf?
We’ve recently seen elevated dispute rates in some user categories in India and are implementing these measures to help counter this and protect you from potential buyer fraud. By blocking payments that fit the prescribed criteria, we expect to reduce up to 20% of disputes.
### Can I opt out or modify this rule?
You can [remove the rule](https://stripe.com/docs/radar/rules#regularly-monitor-rules-to-ensure-they-are-still-effective) entirely. To do so:
1. Go to the [Radar settings](https://dashboard.stripe.com/settings/radar/rules) section in Dashboard.
1. Click on the ••• icon next to the rule.
1. Select Disable.
This rule can also be modified with [Radar for Fraud Teams](https://stripe.com/radar/fraud-teams), which provides additional customizable fraud management capabilities. With Radar for Fraud Teams you can modify the risk score threshold or add additional conditions to a 3DS rule or create an entirely new set of rules for your business. You can learn more about custom rules [here](https://stripe.com/docs/radar/rules).
