# Exporting Reports as PDF

### Standard Exports can only be exported in CSV formats, while [Balance Reports](https://dashboard.stripe.com/login?redirect=%2Freports%2Fbalance) and [Payout Reconciliation Report](https://dashboard.stripe.com/login?redirect=%2Freports%2Freconciliation) pages can be exported as PDFs. To export the pages as a PDF, click _Print_ and save the page as a PDF from the pop-up window.

Currently, our Standard Exports can only be exported in CSV formats.
Our [Balance Reports](https://dashboard.stripe.com/reports/balance) and [Payout Reconciliation Report](https://dashboard.stripe.com/reports/reconciliation) pages can be exported as PDF. The resulting PDF will include key information such as:
* The Stripe letterhead
* Your account ID and other account information (legal entity name, legal entity address)
* Amount totals (payments, payouts, fees) for the selected date range

To export these pages as PDF,
* Click **Print**
* A pop up window will appear, where you can **Save** the page as PDF.
