The Stripe data migration team can only assist with customer data exports when the request is for the customer along with the associated payment method details (cards, ACH, etc.).
From the Stripe Dashboard, you can export customer details without the payment method details by following these steps:
Go to the Customers section of the dashboard: https://dashboard.stripe.com/customers
Use the upper-right Filter button as needed, based on whatever parameters you’d like to build the list on
Click the export button in the upper right corner
In the pop-up that appears, set your preferences the time zone, date range, and columns to include in the export
Export the selection
