Follow these steps to enable push notifications on the Stripe Dashboard mobile app on iOS or Android:

• Tap your Merchant icon at the top left-hand side of any screen to open the Account and Settings screen.
• Navigate to Global settings > Notification settings from the list of menu options.
• Tap the toggle to turn notifications on or off for each of your merchant accounts.

Additional troubleshooting

Push notifications will only work if you also allow notifications for Stripe in the general settings of your phone (Settings > Notifications). Read more about modifying your notification permissions for your operating system: iOS or Android.

If you still aren't receiving push notifications, you can also try the following:

• Check if you have the latest version of our app installed and update it if not.
• Log out and log back in again.
