ChargebackStop - We collaborate with issuers and card networks to address customer disputes and fraud events through the Ethoca and Verifi Network, proactively refunding payments before the chargeback is filed to avoid it completely.

Chargeblast - Receive dispute alerts via emails before a transaction officially turns into a chargeback. You have 24 – 48 hours to refund the transaction before it becomes a dispute. You can refund these transactions via Stripe though links to the corresponding transaction from the Chargeblast dashboard.

Chargeflow - Streamline your business operations with a fully automated chargeback management system. Uses AI/ML-based automation technology resolve chargebacks for you.

Stripe Apps allow you to connect Stripe with your help desk, accounting software, and more so that you can simplify workflows and add context in Stripe to give you a holistic view of your business.

Chargeback - Chargeback detects when a customer initiates a chargeback with their bank. Once an incoming dispute has been detected, Chargeback gives you an alert. The alert enables you to automatically refund transactions before turning into chargebacks. Significantly reducing your chargeback rate and maintaining a healthy merchant account.
