Direct Debit Instructions (DDI) Missing From Dashboard

Issue

After adding a new bank account, Direct Debit Instructions (DDI) are missing from the Stripe dashboard.

Resolution

  • If you added your bank account less than 3 business days ago, we recommend checking back in a few days for your DDI.

  • If it has been over 3 business days since you added a bank account and you still do not see your DDI, contact Stripe support.
