Dashboard mobile app login issues
Confirm you have enabled two-factor Authentication (2FA) for your Stripe account.
Stripe users with the Support Specialist role don't have the required permissions to log in to the mobile app. We don't support SSO in the mobile app.
We don't support Google login credentials in the mobile app. To log in, make sure that you have set a password for your Stripe account. This can be done through the Stripe Dashboard on the User page.
To set your password:
- From the Dashboard, click the Settings gear in the upper-right corner.
- Under Personal Settings, click Profile.
- Click the Edit button in the right corner.
- Click Set Password then follow the prompts to create a password.
