Customizing the date range for Dashboard home charts
You can change the range of the data displayed in your Dashboard home charts by:
Selecting a preset date range from the first dropdown menu:

Selecting a custom date range in the second dropdown menu:
You can also select a range to compare your data to by selecting a range from the third dropdown menu
Viewing data by unit
Depending on the range selected, you can also select a time unit to refine the data you see. For instance, if you select a range of one week, you can refine the data to display a daily or hourly view. For longer time ranges, the Dashboard will display the data in larger views such as weeks or months.
Automatic unit rounding
The chart will automatically round the date range up to the nearest unit to adhere to the smallest unit the chart will need to render that large set of data. A tooltip is displayed to explain that this rounding up of time periods is happening, so you will see when that automatic adjustment is made.
