# Connect platforms: Manage onboarding and risk requirements for connected accounts

Connect platforms have four main tools for managing onboarding and risk requirements through the Dashboard:
* [Connected account list view](https://docs.stripe.com/connect/dashboard/review-actionable-accounts)
* [Connected account detail page](https://docs.stripe.com/connect/dashboard/managing-individual-accounts#finding-accounts)
* [Requirement detail page](https://docs.stripe.com/connect/dashboard/managing-individual-accounts#actions-required)
* [Remediation links](https://docs.stripe.com/connect/dashboard/remediation-links)
As of October 2025, additional Dashboard tools for Connect platforms eligible for [Verified for platforms](https://docs.stripe.com/verified/verified-for-platforms) include:
* Extend due dates of certain requirements for connected accounts
* Customize onboarding to collect eventually_due requirements up front
### Connected account list view
The [connected account list view](https://docs.stripe.com/connect/dashboard/review-actionable-accounts) provides a list of all your connected accounts with open risk, verification, and onboarding requirements. You can customize filters and view by capability statuses, account status, specific types of open requirements, and more.
One important new filter is for connected accounts requiring additional information for a business model review. Connected accounts must comply with Stripe's [Terms of Service](https://stripe.com/legal/restricted-businesses) regarding supported business types, products, and industries. Stripe sometimes requests additional information to determine if the business can be supported. [This link is pre-filtered](https://dashboard.stripe.com/login?redirect=%2Fconnect%2Faccounts%3FrequirementGroup%5B0%5D%3Dadditional_info_tos%26requirementGroup%5B1%5D%3Dbusiness_url_needed%26requirementGroup%5B2%5D%3Dbad_url) to easily view those accounts.
Additionally, you can create and modify Custom lists with specific filters, columns, and sorting as well as duplicate list views for quick iterations. You can also rename lists for better organization and arrange lists in their preferred order.
### Connected account detail page
Within an individual connected account’s detail page, the **Actions required** section shows any outstanding issues or reviews on the account, including what information has been requested, when it’s due, and what capabilities will be impacted.
###
### Requirement detail page
If you select a particular item in the **Actions required** section, it will open a page with additional details to help you better understand what is still required, the expected timeline to resolution, and the impact of the requirement. You can:
* **See what information has already been provided**, clear error messages, the date capabilities will be impacted, and guidance on how to resolve issues.
* **Update information** and **upload a new document** on behalf of the connected account, in certain circumstances. (This is only possible when the Connect platform is responsible for collecting outstanding requirements, which includes Custom connected accounts.)
* **Submit a URL recheck to trigger another Stripe review,** which is especially helpful for websites that have been updated or launched recently.
###
### Remediation links
You can send your connected accounts a [remediation link](https://docs.stripe.com/connect/dashboard/remediation-links) so they can easily provide required information. If the connected account has never used Stripe before, the primary account representative will need to verify their identity. To ensure that your users know who their account representative is, they can see the first letter of the representative’s first name. If this person is no longer the correct account representative, they can select **Contact <platform name>**, which provides a copyable message they can send to you.
If the connected account asks you to [update the primary account representative](https://docs.stripe.com/connect/dashboard/remediation-links#verification-failure), remove the old representative and enter the following fields for the new account representative: First Name, Last Name, SSN, and DOB.
