Update a connected account's bank information from the Dashboard

If you have administrator permissions, and you (the platform) are responsible for collecting verification requirements for your connected accounts, you can view and edit bank account information by accessing the account’s Dashboard:

  1. Navigate to the “Connected Accounts” section of the Dashboard
  2. Click on the account to open the account details
  3. In the top right corner, click to open the ‘’ menu
  4. Select View Dashboard As
  5. Navigate to Balance > Settings to update the bank account details.
