Can't log in to the Stripe Dashboard mobile app?

Stripe's Dashboard mobile app is available for accounts that can access the Dashboard, which includes Standard accounts and excludes Custom and Express accounts.

Is two-step authentication enabled?

Two-step authentication must be enabled on your Stripe account in order to use the mobile app. Confirm two-step authentication (2FA) is enabled for your Stripe account.

Trying to log in with Google?

Dashboard mobile app doesn't support Google logins.

Do you have the Support Specialist role?

Stripe users with the Support Specialist role can't log in to the mobile app because SSO isn't supported.
