# Can I request an extension for using SuiteSync?

Migration due dates and potential extensions are determined based on your unique SuiteSync configuration and Stripe’s timelines for related features like the Charges API deprecation and SuiteSync & Stripe Connector for NetSuite workflow components updates.
Users will be provided with self-serve migration instructions specific to each Stripe account, which will include the migration date. You may begin self-serve migration as soon as the migration instructions doc is available for your accounts, or reach out to us sooner. If you are also using legacy ACH Direct Debit via the Charges API, your migration date may have already been emailed to you.
