# Access to Multi-currency settlement for accounts with offshore bank accounts

If your Stripe account is linked to one or more offshore bank accounts, you may not be eligible to set up [Multi-currency settlement](https://docs.stripe.com/payouts/multicurrency-settlement), which allow you to easily settle and pay out in multiple currencies.
Offshore bank accounts are accounts which are located in a different country to your Stripe account. While your current offshore bank accounts only allow you to receive application fees collected offshore, an Multi-currency settlement bank account will provide you with the option to get your funds paid out in a variety of currencies in bank accounts located locally.
If you are interested in using Multi-currency settlement, you’ll need to follow these steps:
1. Remove your current offshore bank accounts in your [Dashboard](https://dashboard.stripe.com/account/payouts).
1. Log in to your Stripe account [here](/contact/login) and let us know that you’re interested in using Alternative Currency Payouts. We will enable them as soon as we receive your request.
