If you collect Direct Debit requests from your customers offline, e.g. via a paper agreement, you must include the same information as required in the case of online mandate acceptance documented in the Direct Debit Request section of our docs. These paper forms must include the same authorization text and have a printed version of Stripe’s Direct Debit Service Agreement attached to it. You must keep a record of the acceptance.
