# Accepting BECS Direct Debit mandates offline

If you collect Direct Debit requests from your customers offline, e.g. via a paper agreement, you must include the same information as required in the case of online mandate acceptance documented in the [Direct Debit Request section of our docs](https://stripe.com/docs/payments/au-becs-debit/accept-a-payment#direct-debit-requests). These paper forms must include the same authorization text and have a printed version of [Stripe’s Direct Debit Service Agreement](https://stripe.com/au-becs-dd-service-agreement/legal) attached to it. You must keep a record of the acceptance.
