# WooPayments merchant dashboard experience

### WooPayments partners with Stripe to provide a dashboard for merchants to manage their account activity.
Here’s an example view of what your WooPayments dashboard might look like.

### How do I see my balance?
Click **See details** to see a detailed view of your balance:

### How do I change my bank account details?
Under **See details** click **Update**, then **Edit** to change your bank details.

### How can I resolve outstanding required actions on my account?
A banner on the homepage of the [dashboard](https://express.stripe.com/woopayments) will indicate if there are outstanding actions to address. Click the action button and fill out the necessary fields.

### How can I add a top up to my account to fix a negative balance?
Click **Add to balance** on the homepage to open a module prompting you to fix negative balances. You can use any currency in which you have a local balance and can payout in (either with [ACP](https://docs.stripe.com/payouts/multicurrency-settlement) or supported natively).
When funds will be deposited into your account depends on the [rail](https://stripe.com/resources/more/what-are-payment-rails) and how new your Stripe account is.

### What happens if a future refund or dispute balance (FROD) is unused?
If a FROD balance is unused and you want it transferred back to the associated bank account, click the **Payout** button under **Future refunds or disputes or negative balance**.
### How do I delete my account?
Account closures are handled by your platform. See How do I close my Express account? for more information.
### How do I download my tax forms?
After your platform has filed and delivered your 1099 tax form, click **Tax forms**. Then select the **View Form** option from the … triple-dot button on the right side of a tax form line item (provided you've agreed to paperless delivery).
Enter the last four digits of the TIN (that appears on your 1099) to download the tax form.
