# Use Instant Payouts with your Express account

If your account is eligible, you can use Instant Payouts to receive funds from your Stripe balance within 30 minutes at any time. Stripe sends the funds to an eligible debit card.

## Am I eligible for Instant Payouts?
Your eligibility depends on your account status, debit card, and account configuration.
If you see the **Instant Payout** button in your Stripe Express Dashboard, you can initiate an Instant Payout yourself.
If you don't see the **Instant Payout** button, instant payouts might not be available for your account or your platform might need to initiate a payout for you. Contact your platform to confirm whether instant payouts are available and how to request one.
## Why don't I see an Instant Payout button?
You might not see the **Instant Payout** button because:
* Your account might not be eligible for Instant Payouts yet.
* Your connected debit card might not be eligible. See [which debit cards are eligible](#eligible-cards).
* Your platform might be configured to initiate payouts for you instead of letting you initiate them in the Dashboard. Contact your platform to confirm whether Instant Payouts are available for your account.
## Which debit cards are eligible?
Instant Payouts require an eligible debit card. Not all card and bank account types are supported. See [supported banks and cards for Instant Payouts](https://docs.stripe.com/payouts/instant-payouts-banks).
## What if Instant Payouts used to work but don't anymore?
If Instant Payouts used to work but no longer do, check whether any of the following apply:
* Your debit card or bank account details changed.
* Your account's payout settings changed.

## How can I get more help with Instant Payouts?
For most accounts, your platform can check your account settings, confirm your eligibility, and initiate an Instant Payout for you.
If your platform can’t help and your account is on Stripe’s pricing and pays Stripe fees directly, contact Stripe Support for help with Instant Payouts.
