Updated one contact method but cannot update the other
If you have recently updated your email address or phone number, but are now unable to update your authentication factor used to log in, this is expected behaviour. There is a mandatory 30-day cooldown period between updating your email address or phone number to help ensure the security of your account. When you update one of these factors, you will receive a verification code on the opposite factor to confirm the change. If you have been prompted to confirm the change but haven't requested this, please contact us immediately.
