# I work with multiple platforms but my 1099 from one platform isn't showing up

If you use Stripe Express with multiple platforms, each platform manages its own 1099 filing independently. A form appearing for one platform doesn't mean another platform has filed theirs yet. Each platform sets its own eligibility thresholds and filing timelines, so you may qualify for a form from one platform but not another.
If you can't find a 1099 from a specific platform in your [Tax Forms tab](https://express.stripe.com/), here's why it might be missing.
## Some platforms deliver 1099s outside of Stripe Express
If you can't find a form from a specific platform, check whether that platform has its own delivery process.
- **DoorDash:** 1099s for 2024 and later are available in the DoorDash Dasher app or Merchant Portal. See the Guide to 1099 tax forms for DoorDash Dashers and Merchants.
- **Instacart:** 1099s for 2023 and later are available in the Instacart Shopper app. See the Guide to 1099 tax forms for Instacart Shopper.
## Platform directed you to contact Stripe
Stripe is not able to file or generate 1099s on behalf of your platform. If your platform has directed you to Stripe, ask them to escalate internally. If needed, ask them to contact Stripe directly and reference your Stripe support ticket number.
## Account setup incomplete
You must complete account setup for each platform that invites you before you can access its tax forms. If you haven't received an invite, check your spam folder or contact that platform directly.
## Different email address used
If you signed up for a platform with a different email address, your Stripe Express invite was sent to that address. Accounts under different email addresses can't be linked in Stripe Express.
## Platform not selected in Stripe Express
In the top left corner of [Stripe Express](https://express.stripe.com), you can switch between platforms to view tax forms for each account.
## Platform has restricted your access
Some platforms restrict access to certain Stripe Express features. Contact your platform for more information.
