How do I opt out of e-delivery and re-enable postal delivery for my tax forms?

To opt out of e-delivery and re-enable postal delivery of your tax forms, you will need to reach out to your platform.

If you have already opted into e-delivery, but would like to opt out, you’ll need to contact your platform for assistance. If you are changing your delivery preference from e-delivery to postal mail, you should make sure your address is up to date. Please reach out to your platform’s support team in order to confirm postal delivery of your 1099 tax form.


Head to the Tax Forms page of Stripe Express and click on the edit tab to make sure your address is correct and view your delivery preferences.

Note: To view the delivery settings and personal information click on the … icon then edit information or click on the 'here' hyperlink in the dashboard.

If you have already opted into paperless delivery via Stripe Express but would like to opt out, you can toggle off the Postal Mail Delivery as seen in the above screenshot. If you don't find a toggle option for postal mail delivery, please contact your platform for assistance.If you opt for postal mail delivery, please ensure that your mailing address is current. You can update your address by following the instructions linked here

It is important to note that 1099 tax forms that have already been filed will be delivered by the delivery method that was in place at the time of filing.
