You can log in to your account by visiting connect.stripe.com/express_login. You’ll be prompted for your email address and 6-digit phone verification code to log in.
If you don’t remember the email address that you signed up with, check your inbox for past emails about confirming your tax information for paperless delivery. Otherwise, you’ll need to check with your platform to confirm the email address that is associated with your Stripe account.
If you have historically accessed your Stripe Express account via your platform portal, you can continue to log in that way – however, you'll now have to enter a 6-digit verification code that will be sent via SMS to the phone number associated with your account
If you’ve lost or updated your phone number, you can select the “I no longer have access to this phone number” option to authenticate via email and change your phone number. See the articles below for tips.
