# Where is my 1099 tax form?

If you've agreed to paperless delivery, you can download your 1099 tax form from the Tax forms page in your Stripe Express Dashboard after your platform has filed and delivered your form. The platform you work with determines your eligibility. Forms are available by 31 January.
## How to download your form
1. Sign in to [Stripe Express](https://express.stripe.com/).
1. Go to **Tax forms**.
1. Click **View form**. You may be prompted to enter the last four digits of the Tax Identification Number (TIN) on your form.
   * If you're unable to pass the TIN check, try troubleshooting.
   * If the download fails, try a different browser or device.
## I don't see my 1099 form
* **Check your email:** Stripe sends a notification when your form has been filed and is ready to download.
* **Confirm you claimed your Stripe Express account:** You must claim your Stripe Express account to access tax forms. Look for an invitation email from Stripe and follow the link to claim your account. [Get a new invite link](https://support.stripe.com/express/how-do-i-get-a-new-invite-link) if you can't find your invitation or it expired.
* **Check your form delivery preference:** If you have not agreed to paperless delivery, you cannot access your 1099 tax form through Stripe Express. To consent to paperless delivery and receive your tax form, sign in to [Stripe Express](https://express.stripe.com/) and follow the prompts on the **Tax Forms** page.
  * If you consented to paperless delivery, contact your platform for a paper copy of your 1099 tax form.
  * If your platform opted for paper delivery, the form arrives by mail instead.
* **Confirm you meet the filing threshold:** If your earnings didn't meet the applicable reporting threshold for the tax year, you may not receive a form. Your platform determines the final amounts that appear on your form and some transactions may not be reflected on the **Payouts** tab in Stripe Express. * **Contact your platform:** If 31 January has passed and your form still isn't available, contact your platform directly.
  * Your platform decides who receives a 1099, when forms are filed and delivered, and whether they use Stripe Express to deliver forms.
  * The email address you provided may be incorrect or unable to receive emails. Your platform can update your email and send a new link to download your form. You can also update your login information directly.
  * Stripe Express doesn't support multiple users sharing the same account or using the same email address on more than 20 accounts. Contact your platform for your form status if this applies to you.
