Unfortunately, no. Your platform is your 1099 tax form filer and must deliver your form to you.

Unfortunately, we can’t send you a 1099 tax form if you work through a company or platform which does not use Stripe Express. Since your company manages your payouts and business relationship, that company (not Stripe) is your 1099 tax form filer and is responsible for delivering your 1099 tax form and providing support.
