How do I get a new invite link to set up my Stripe Express account to access my tax forms?
You can request a new onboarding link to be sent to you by submitting your email address in the field below. However, before doing so, it's possible that:
- The email may be in your spam or junk email folder. Please search your inbox for an email from Stripe.
- Your platform does not have your most up-to-date email address on file. Please check any other email addresses you may have used with your platform or contact your platform to update your email address.
- The email address associated with your account is incorrect, missing or unable to receive emails.
If you receive a message saying that you are not eligible to request a new onboarding link, it's possible that your platform does not have your most up-to-date email address on file.
If you've tried to request a login link, checked your inbox and spam, and still can't find your invitation, you'll need to contact your platform for assistance.
